More Library Telescopes
Three of us were in St Louis last Saturday modifying telescopes to put in Southern Illinois libraries. AASI members Ru Tanner (on the left) Rachel Young (in front) and Harry Treece (on the right) worked with Don Ficken (second from the left) and his crew from the St Louis astronomy clubs to get telescopes ready for the libraries in Carterville, Anna, and Carbondale Illinois. We already have telescopes in the Carterville and Murphysboro libraries.
